Shipping and Returns
We deliver Australia wide using Australia Post. Our business is based in Melbourne, so for most locations across Australia, please allow 3 – 5 business days to receive your order. For WA and QLD, orders may take a little longer.
We will contact you if there is a lengthier delay for items that are out of stock.
- Metro – $10 Inc GST flat rate shipping on all orders under $100
- Non Metro – $15 Inc GST flat rate shipping on all orders under $100

* The above costs exclude items marked as Big and Heavy (such as cot mattresses, bath tubs, my little bed etc).
Big and Heavy Items
Items marked as Big and Heavy will incur an additional delivery fee due to their size and weight. Cost is calculated at checkout based on your postcode in your delivery details and may take a little longer to arrive.
International Shipping
International parcels are shipped using Australia Post International (Air mail). This may take up to 5 – 10 days depending on the destination country.
International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout using the Australia Post shipping calculator
Customer Guarantee and Returns and Exchanges
We will happily exchange goods within 14 business days of receipt of goods. Goods can be exchanged as long as they have not been used. If goods are faulty a refund or exchange will be offered.
Please include a stamped, self-addressed postal bag (prepaid satchel) when returning goods for exchange and include a proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 356 Boundary Road, Dingley Village, Victoria 3172 Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
