When you purchase from our online store, you will have the option to create an account. Having an online account with us allows you to access your orders from our website.
Unfortunately when an item is sold out, the item is no longer available for purchase and no pre-ordering is allowed.
No. credit card number and security code are never stored on our website.
GST is included in the purchase price of our products.
Common Shipping questions
We are based in Melbourne, so for most locations across Australia, please allow 3 – 5 business days to receive your order. For WA and QLD, orders may take a little longer.
International parcels are shipped using Australia Post International (Air mail). This may take up to 5 – 10 days depending on the destination country.
We will contact you if there is a lengthier delay for items that are out of stock.
Please contact us immediately if you need to change the shipping address for your order. You can do so by emailing website@cstuartbrands.com.au.
We deliver Australia wide using Australia Post. If you are not at home when the couriers deliver, they will leave it at your local newsagent to be picked up by you.

Item will be sent by Aus Post (or similar carrier) using standard size plastic bags. Large orders will be packed into cardboard boxes.
Common Returns & Exchange questions
We will happily exchange goods within 14 business days of receipt of goods. Goods can be exchanged as long as they have not been worn, damaged or packaging tampered with, and tags are still attached. If goods are faulty a refund or exchange will be offered.
Please include a stamped, self-addressed postal bag (pre-paid satchel) when returning goods for exchange.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: C Stuart Pty Ltd, 356 Boundary Road, Dingley Village, Victoria 3172 Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
