Our Big Softies Reusable Nappy with Insert Absorber is a convenient and cleverly designed nappy which grows with your baby providing protection from newborn to 24 months. The adjustable snaps at the waist and crotch make it a perfect fit for your little one – it’s great for babies between 4 – 14kgs or 54cm – 92cm in height. The nappy comes with an absorbent insert which measures 32cm x 31cm that offers exceptional absorbency. Designed to be used many times, providing a cost saving and eco-friendly alternative to disposable nappies. Our nappies are super easy to clean and maintain.
FIBRE CONTENT
  • Nappy Outer: Polyester with Polyurethane backing.
  • Nappy Lining: Polyester
  • Absorber: Layer 1 & 2 ~ Polyester, Layer 3 ~ Viscose from Bamboo / Polyester
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
  • Separate absorbent insert from nappy.
  • Wash before use. If soiled, empty contents into toilet and rinse off any residuals prior to washing.
  • Cold gentle machine wash with similar colours.
  • Do not use fabric softeners.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Line dry in shade.
  • Do not iron.
  • Do not dry clean.

We deliver Australia wide using Australia Post. Our business is based in Melbourne, so for most locations across Australia,
please allow 3 – 5 business days to receive your order. For WA and QLD, orders may take a little longer.

We will contact you if there is a lengthier delay for items that are out of stock.

Australian Shipping costs

– Metro – $10 Inc GST flat rate shipping on all orders under $100
– Non Metro – $15 Inc GST flat rate shipping on all orders under $100
– Free shipping on all orders over $100 (Exclusions apply) *
– Free local pick up (10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday): 356 Boundary Rd. Dingley Village, VIC 3172.

* The above costs exclude items marked as Big and Heavy (such as cot mattresses, bath tubs, my little bed etc).

Big and Heavy Items

Items marked as Big and Heavy will incur an additional delivery fee due to their size and weight. Cost is calculated at checkout based on your postcode in your delivery details and may take a little longer to arrive.

International Shipping

International parcels are shipped using Australia Post International (Air mail). This may take up to 5 – 10 days depending on the destination country.

Customer Guarantee and Returns and Exchanges

We will happily exchange goods within 14 business days of receipt of goods. Goods can be exchanged as long as they have not been used. If goods are faulty a refund or exchange will be offered.

Please include a stamped, self-addressed postal bag (prepaid satchel) when returning goods for exchange and include a proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 356 Boundary Road, Dingley Village, Victoria 3172 Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
